I am up this morning at 5am ready and prepared for my next Intervention in Saskatchewan.

No Intervention is ever the same and it takes mental preparation as well as getting my butt to the airport and meeting with the family who is more nervous and mentally drained to embark in the process.

Travelling across Canada is what interventionists do. I actually don’t mind the journey because it gives me time to reflect on what is important. And that is helping families get well.

The most important goal is to understand this family and decide what approach we will take and the Best practice indicates that understanding the family system will help determine the best path.

Love helping families in this process and hopefully booking 2 flights back!

Have a great day !
